As the message says, the gold bars are scheduled to be sent out on Wednesday π
Ever since this kind of tournaments started a few months ago, the gold bars prize for the winners has always been delivered a couple of days after the final round ended. I presume the Studio needs to review and check who and how many players are eligible for the 50 gold bars before sending them in order to avoid mistakes but CM has more specific infos.
If you don't get your prize by Wednesday of course you should contact Player Support directly from your game app to ask them to send the prize back to youπ

It's normal that not all the players are in the final round
As in the case not all players receive events, prizes etc.
So do you think this is an excuse not to Tag them

@Amoonmoon I got the same pop up. I was really disappointed not receiving the reward yesterday. I guess we will have to wait until Wednesday and see what happens.
