I have been winning levels, but our team score is not going up. Anyone else having the same trouble?

it's possible to get team points by playing Bake a Cake levels, if Bake a Cake feature is active in the game.
Soda Squad feature has been removed from the game, I'm sorry.

doesn't your team still get points from winning levels though?

if you're referring to levels from the saga map then no. When Soda Squad was available, points from map levels unlocked 3 chests. Unlocking chests generated team ranking points which helped the team to rank up. This is not possible anymore if Soda Squad is missing.
As of now, only BaC levels and unlocking cake layers generate team ranking points

Do you mean you have team feature back in your game but you're not inside the team you were in before?
Is the game asking you to join a team?
That is odd. The options to get back in a team are entering the team name or team code if you're able to remember them

The game wouldn't load on my computer, so I did a re-install. Took me back to where I was a few years ago before the last crash. So now I am back to 4800 or something again. A year or so ago I had to restart at level 1. Unfortunately, all the gold bars, teammates, and the rest are gone and while I advanced back to my original start point, I lost a year's worth of prizes and the rest. I would like to either go back to where I was a few days ago or at least get back to my old teammates. Don't want to go back to level 1 again but may have to.

I have neither the code nor name. The game is not asking me to join a team, but I would like to find another to join if I can't get back to my old one.
