I'm waiting for your replies there 🙂 without understanding the case and retrieving game and device infos first we can't determine a solution yet.

I cannot be the only person having this problem. Customer Service is not helpful at all. I have asked for some reassurnce that the unlimited lives and boosters that I have paid for will be restored when the game is ever fixed. No answers. Isn't anyone having a problem with this game? Thanks.
