Yes Jim, that is the problem! The glitch is happening on Windows 10 and it's happening when you try to connect to Facebook. Are you able to switch over and play through the Kingdom? I stopped playing through Facebook on Windows 10 because of all their issues and I only play all King games through the Kingdom.

Imnjust finished all my levels, up to level 2490, I’m turn back Wards on level 2430, I don’t know why, just open now new levels up to 2511, it I’m stuck on level 1430, without seeing the map, friends, I lost all my boosters, lives, I’m play on my iPad, pc, pc, saying.
