Yes I have seen it. But the Community cannot look into your account. So please, reply to the email you received, then an agent will get in touch with you! It can take up to 72 hours before you receive an answer. (If you have not heard from them within 3 days, send a reply to the same email you have received)

Hello again @SB3 The email you received is not from the Community but from King Player Support. If you have sent a response to that email and received another automated response, I suspect that something is going wrong. I would therefore advise you to contact Customer Care via this link here (you can click on the green words).
