I’m playing it on my iphone and I have tried all the topics in FAQ prior to contacting you guys because none of those worked for me. I can try and delete the game but, since as of now it says “no internet”, I’m afraid all progress will be lost. I can’t even log with Facebook to save it.0

Don’t delete the game on a mobile device because you will lose all boosters and lives. They are only saved to that device. It looks like it can’t load the challenge according to the print screen but are you able to open the game? I am only on my mobile device so I can’t access my files but wanted to answer you. Please give it a few hours and then try again. I will look for your response when Zi am back online in the morning.

Hi @Llemica, you don't have to apologize because you are not bothering me at all. I love coming here to help the players with their issues. What features are you talking about? I think a lot of the games are having issues with the challenges so they might have been taken off the game while they try to work on them.

Hi. Did you find a resolution to this? I'm having the same issues on my Android. Screenshots shared above are identical. I have wifi connected and am online on other King games.0
