Thanks for tagging me @firebombmarkus. I saw something similar to this in CC Saga yesterday but it was not because of a video. The boosters that show on the level before opening the game were all black. Then the player posted a print screen showing the level completely black. I can't find that message now but I just saw another message posted here saying the screen went black. I asked the player to please post a print screen. @Dawnie66 could you please do a print screen and if you need help with a print screen, please follow the steps on here.

I would like to compare the 2 print screens because they are both for CC Soda Saga. Once I see both print screens I will post here and in the other message and possibly tag the community manager.1 -
I am having the same issue. After watching the ad the screen goes black. I have to exit the app and go back in. I’m running iOS 12.2. I have also tried to delete and reinstall and still having the same issues.0

Sorry you are having the same issue, but now we know it’s a bigger issue and not one that will be solved using the normal ways1

Hi. I also have the same issue. If I let the ad play and click on the “x” it works. However, if I select skip ad, the screen goes blank. Also the extra reward that was supposed to come from watching the ad doesn’t show up. No extra moves or bonus reward at the start of the level. This is definitely not an iOS issue3

Hi here are the screen shots but it really is just a black screen, can happen with any of the ads
