Same issue overhere. After watching the ad, the screen turns completely black and I have to restart the app. I'm using IOS 9.3.51

I am having the same issue I watch the video to continue playing on then goes completely blank and I have to close out and go back into the game on iOS 12.21

Hello, I am also having the same issue with screen going black after an ad. I restarted my iPad and I was able to get the app to open, and proceed to my trail. However, the screen is locked, and when I click on my current game, nothing happens. Just adding my two cents so you are aware it’s not an isolated incident. This started happening on May 29, 2019. Thanks.

Hi all, I don’t know if anyone has noticed but the black screen effect seems to be happening more often... I just had it occur 3 times in a row in a matter of minutes... Any help fixing this yet??0

I’ve also had it happen after I waited for the entire ad to finish, I hit the x and it goes black.
