I am very sorry to hear that you were charged extra for your purchased packages!!  Please contact the King Support team through this below link and explain them what happened ---  http://help.king.com/contact.

Select the Topic as "Problems with Purchase" and the Sub-Topic as "Payment Queries".  Then, write briefly about your thoughts of being "over charged" in the provided Comment box.  Keep your receipts safely to provide as a proof.

** You will be receiving an automated email with a ticket number as an acknowledgement.  If you have not heard from them within 3 days, send a reply to that automated email you have received
