Money paid but game crashed

I was playing Level 578 and was close to winning the level.    So I purchased additional gold bricks to extend the game; however, after payment charged to me, the game crashed and I got this error message - "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix.  Please try again in a moment.".     Therefore, I paid my money but lost the bricks and couldn't continue the game.       This also happened a few days ago, but I thought it was a one time occurrence so I didn't complain.    Is there a way to get the bricks back or my payment refunded?
