Hi @Emma_Dunnett - welcome to our friendly community. I’m am not aware of any ongoing issues with this recently. Can you confirm what type of device you play from and possibly show a screenshot?

Yes I have! The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the game app. But please be aware that if you do that any lives and boosters will be lost since they are only saved to the device. Only the gold bars and progress will remain after a reinstall.
