Thanks for tagging me @Yosca. To get your progress back first you need to be playing through Facebook or the Kingdom. You might have to sync your progress between the two so here is the first link:You will be completing a contact form so please get your user ID # by following the steps from here.
Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact
They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

It definitely has something to do with the app update, because I have all my levels on my kindle, which I never use to play on!!0

On I pad I’m on level 1378 which was the same in my I-phone. Now on my phone as if today 10/6/2019 - I’m showing back to level one. What happened? All these years playing this game and i’m back to the beginning. Why?0
