i was on a high level and I agreed to the new terms and now I’m starting on level 1 again, why? I’m going to delete all Candy Crush games if I can’t get back to my original level.0

i have been playing on my phone for years and today when I login with my Facebook account it takes me back to level 1. My avatar is not right. It is fine on my iPad and I can log into candy crush on my phone with Facebook and it takes me to the correct level. I should be in 1243 on Soda. How do I correct? I’ve tried logging in and out of my Facebook and soda crush.0
