I need help with lost progress! (Under investigation)!

I have tried to do the reset as I logged in using the wrong fb account now I can’t see my progress anymore. I was somewhere in the 2000’s too. 

Hi I have a candy crush soda app I regularly play a day I have gone onto my app today and it’s started me at level 1 ... I am logged in as me and my game centre ect is backed up I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but still not finding my score of around level 1150 please could you look into this for me as me and my son enjoy playing the game thanks in advance

I finished my level 723 /724 (can’t remember), but when i tried to log in using my facebook. It turns to level 1 

Should i uninstalled this game 😤? 😌

I contacted community king and they sent me instructions to get it back. My progress was saved as I play through Facebook.
