Why did my game went back to level 1 and I was on level 604? Tell me how I can get back to level 6040

First we have to find out if it is a glitch. All of you here can try to see if this works. Last year there was a Soda glitch where the players opened the game and they were back at level 1. In order to fix that all they did was replay level 1, close the game and reopen it. It then went to the current level. It might be the same thing happening again. So all of you please try this.Then if it doesn't work please try to follow the steps in my message above to see if they can get you back on track. If I see more messages posting this tomorrow, please tag me and I will notify the community manager that it sounds like a glitch. He can then elevate it to the studio.0
