Lost game progress

I was reset back to level 1 ! When is it going to be fixed ? Am I lose my progress on my daily rewards I was over 800 on the day reward

As for your daily rewards, I know it's not convenient and it can happen sometimes but as soon as you pass day 7 you will get the same awards again. So it really does not matter which number it is, it's all about getting free rewards.
