Gumball award

Hello @stellamorty and welcome to our friendly community.  I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving your free gumball reward.  You should be able to receive it once every 48 hours.  When you click on the gold bars next to the piggy bank - does the screen show the gumball machine with a counter showing when you can receive your next free gumball?  Once the time has elapsed, you should be able to click on the question mark (or gold bars icon) and the gumball machine should appear so you can get your free gumball.
Have you never received a free gumball?  What platform are you playing on (PC or mobile) and what make/model and software are you using? I need a little bit more information in order to determine what the problem is and how to help resolve it.
