Why is the store unavailable to purchase extra moves for several days now?

I have the same error message come up when I try to access the store. I’m playing on an IPhone 7plus product. I have logged out and logged back in. I have also switched internet connections. Please advice.0

Hi @daisyluver922, @kathleenc, since you both have this issue on an Apple device, could you try the following:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
If this does not help, please check your Apple ID account and make sure you're properly connected to it.

@tammyh0870, can you check and make sure the game app is up to date and if it is, you might want to try reinstalling the game app as that usually solves most issues.
Note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/King account at this stage will be lost.
However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/King account can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully). Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages. I would recommend using these up before re-installing, if possible.
