Problem with Candy Crush Soda Saga

Unfortunately the game only opens at the beginning, then I go to the higher level, the game remains frozen and nothing works anymore. Have had this problem many times. Please fix it

    As I do not know which device you are playing on, visit this link and select the device you are using and try out the recommended steps and see if it helps?

    Unfortunately, the game only opens at the beginning, 
then I go to a higher level, the game remains frozen and nothing works anymore. 
I have this problem for about 2-3 weeks. Sometimes I can play at my level, 
but everything freezes. 
I also can't send friend invitations or receive gifts from them.
Please help

    @Beata7210, so you have tried clearing the cache of your browser and tested other ones as well and nothing helped?

    Let's try removing the game from Facebook and install it again. 

    First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.

     

    In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps: 


    Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

    Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

    Search for the game on Facebook and start playing.
