When will New Levels be Available????? (Issue Solved)!
I'm at level 4255. I have made sure that I have updated Candy Crush Soda through the Microsoft store, but there aren't any updates. I purchased the $64.99 to play better before getting to level 4255 and lost hours and free lives playing time when I reached the level 4255. I lost money and can that be fixed? When will the new levels be up? I have waited for 2 weeks.

Awesome, thanks for the details
So it looks like you're missing an update @d@DebbieD_2 ... Can you please check out the Support page from Microsoft and try out the steps to make sure you get the latest game app version?

Let us know how it goes, please

Hi @DebbieD_2!
The was an update today so can you check again and see if you have it? If not, could you do me a huge favor and send me a screenshot of the game map so I can have a closer look?

I've done all I can do for now... Apparently there's a glitch somewhere... Also, apparent is the fact that Soda starts off in landscape mode, then switches to portrait during level display... I have to manually tilt my ipad to landscape to go back to playing mode... According to QueenB this will now be the norm...

Thanks, @DebbieD_2!
Would you also mind getting back to us with your User ID and the game app version you have installed?
How to find Game app version:
Go to Settings > application settings > manage application then tap on the app. It'll say the version you are running under the name. You shouldn't have to check though; If the app in the market doesn't say "Installed" then you don't have the most recent version.
Thanks
