Extra play lives

When I played in the recent past I would get extra play lives pop up after I didn’t complete a level. I’m not sure why that stopped. Can anyone help me know? Thanks 😊

    Yes I remember you would always get an extra chance to win that level with extra moves it’s been a month and I haven’t seen no extra moves I’ve used all my keys trying to beat levels
