Soda game not working properly

Level 1

As you can see below I am on level 331. When I click on the level, it just sits there doing nothing. Also the box that is usually in the right upper corner is missing. When I first went into the game, it was there & now it's missing. So. those two things are not working. I haven't been able to play for 2 days now. Does anyone know what is wrong? Thanks. Debbie

    i'm at level 2441 and i ahve the same problem was of and on for over a month now it has been 5 days straght

    Just saying you had the problem doesn't fix it. So did you. get it working right & if so, what did you do?

    Apologies for the late response! I do not play through Facebook so I am not familiar with this problem. That being said, there are some help topics here you can try that may solve the problem.

    I'm still not working. I have tried different things with no luck. So I installed the game on my phone & it is doing the same thing as the one on my computer. See above first message. This lead me to believe this is something you all should fix. Please check this out & fix. Thank you.

    Okay, thank you for the feedback. If you could give me your user ID#, as well as the device you are using and the game app version you have installed, I can send in a report. You can find your user ID by opening the game app, selecting Profile and double clicking on the King logo.

    Is this error only occurring when you try to play through Facebook? While we are waiting for a response from the CM team, you can try playing the game through King.com.     I did go to the page you linked above to sync but I have no idea if it worked.
