All levels lost

I changed my email address and lost all my levels(back to level 1). I was over a 1000+ levels.

Is there any way to restore my levels?

I'm sorry you have a problem. You have to play the 1st level again and finish it and then update your game and clear the cache. Then it should be okay again. If not, please report back.

Hello and welcome to the Community @jimbojak You can change your email address and keep your levels, but you need to follow the steps:

How do I change my King account password or email address?

Changing your King account password or email address is a 7 step process. Here are the steps:

Go to www.king.com in a web browser.
In the top-right menu, click on "Games".
Click on any game (it doesn't matter which!)
In the top-left corner, click "Log in".
Enter your details to log in, then go back up to the top-left of the page and click on "Settings".
Click on "Account". You will be prompted to type your password again.
You will then see an "Account Settings" page where you can change your email address and password.
