“No connection to internet”. - Reported!

Last 2 days, candy crush soda “no internet connection” . Fine on candy crush.

I am also waiting for this reply. I am Connected but when I try to use helps like special bonuses le start with Freckle or look how going in my group it says NOT CONNECTED TO INTERNET< or Wait til you are connected to the internet. I look forward to a QUICK answer both here

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

Unfortunately, we do not know why this issue occurs but, the ONLY remedy left for us to solve this issue is to "Delete and Reinstall the game App"!! It always resolves the issue but, the down-side, we will loose all our saved up boosters and the Lives received from our friends!

So, if you would like to go with the Re-installation, please follow these steps ---> Delete the App --> Disconnect from the WiFi ---> Clear Cache / Cookies ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes ---> Connect to WiFi ---> Install the App and log-into your Kingdom or Facebook account.

Your game should be all better and work properly now! If it doesn't help you, please come back and post by tapping on the empty Comment box located below.

The connection issue is still under investigation as this is something we have been unable to reproduce!

We have tested this on multiple devices with different operating systems, with Wifi and mobile data and we can't find the issue.

Disclaimer - What can affect connectivity:

- If you're commuting
- If the area were you're located is not remote
- if you are on VPN
- If your mobile data plan has reached the monthly allowance

So this is what we recommend:

Android - Delete the game app and clear Google Play Store cache:

1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'

2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'

3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'

4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.

Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.

5) Restart mobile and install the game and try connecting it to Facebook or King account.

Apple devices - Clear Safari cache:

- Disconnect the game from Facebook or King account (if connected).

- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari - (Super important).

- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/ King account so your progress can sync.

Windows 10 - Reinstall the game app:

- How to reinstall!

Facebook:

- Try the steps here.

NOTE! Deleting the game app will mean that you will lose any saved boosters, lives your progress made on the Daily Bonus and other extra features.

Player Support will only be able to replace any lost purchased items and if this happens to you, please contact our support team directly from the game app:

- Open the game app

- Select the cogwheel

- Tap on the "?" mark

- Scroll or search for "Purchases and Gold Bars"

- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit "Contact Us"

We're sorry for your problem. In fact, if you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted. There are several different reasons, that you may have this problem. If you find the image below while connecting game to the server, you can be sure that your game app has been corrupted.

More reasons for the problem are under investigation.

To get the solution right now, you'll need to uninstall the game and then reinstall it. You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.

No internet connection

For the last few weeks, my Candy Crush Soda game has been saying "No Internet Connection" on my phone, even tho I have both cellular & wi-fi service. I also have Candy Crush Saga & Candy Crush Jelly on my phone, & neither have any issues w/ connectivity, so it seems like it's a Soda issue only. I checked my wife's phone & she's having the same issue of No Internet on Soda, but Saga is working fine. What's the problem?

Ive also got connection problems for last week with Mr toffee fair on Android all other features work. Screenshots show error I'm getting, I've cleared the cache and logged out and back in

I also play on my phone and clearing the cache didn't affect my game. I'd hate to say it won't affect your game because I'm just unsure. But, good luck, if you do clear it. I just wanted you to know the cache probably has nothing to do with your inability to connect to the internet.

In your list of apps on your phone, open your game app and there will be an area that gives you the option to clear the cache. Just for your information, I cleared my cache and it didn't change anything.

Still not connected. Cleared play store data. Uninstalled farm heroes. Restarted device. It didn't work. I was on level 2138, now I'm on level 1. I'm done with it.

I can't find a fix yet. I'm just prepared to lose everything at any time. Obviously, until there is a fix, I won't be spending money on an unpredictable game.

I have the same problem no internet connection. It was working fine until the last update to the game. Everything is working fine with internet connection except candy crush. It appears that King.com advice is to delete the game and Facebook which causes you to lose where you are in the game. Why do i have delete Facebook when it is working? They are blaming your device instead of taking responsibility and fixing their game. Also, in their response they can't reproduce the problem, but if you read the posts on here there are lots of people with the problem. I guess they think we are all lying about the problem. I really enjoy playing the game, but if the solution to fix the problem is to delete the game and lose all my progress and starting over, then it will stay deleted and I will find some other game to play, where the company supports their product and doesn't blame the consumer.

@gearyd, I'm sorry you feel like we are not listening or believing in you 😔 that is absolutely not our intention.

To be able to solve an issue, we need to be able to reproduce it and so far, we haven't been able to, and we have tested a bunch of different devices.

It doesn't mean we don't believe there is an issue, it's just we can't find it and even though there are some reports here, this thread only represents a small % of players having this issue while we see 98% of players not having the issue.

That doesn't give us much to work with but, know the updates that we send out, is also to help improve the game so make sure you don't miss out on any and hopefully, this issue will get solved on its own.

Now if you have been playing the game connected to Facebook or to a King account and you have access to a PC, you can always check the game on Facebook or King.com and check if your progress has been backed up before attempting to reinstall the game app on your mobile.

Yes, you will lose any saved Boosters or lives and you might also have to start over on some of the extra features in the game such as the Daily Bonus.

This is totally optional so you do not have to do.

Again, we are really sorry we're not able to provide more insights/solution to this issue until we are able to find it 😧

The problem many of us seem to be having is primarily with our Facebook app association to our game. I had no problem with internet connection until I deactivated my Facebook account. Recently, I logged back into Facebook and removed permission that allowed Candy crush soda to log in through Facebook. Then, I deactivated my Facebook account again. Still unable to connect to the internet through my King account, I went to facebook discovered permission for Candy crush soda to log in through Facebook had been restored. I cannot remove the permission permanently. I am pretty sure the two accounts, Facebook and King, are conflicting. I don't know how to fix it yet. But, I'm still trying. If I find a solution, I will share it here.

Oh, and I don't want to delete my Facebook account. I believe the problem can be solved without taking that measure.

I just logged into Facebook again and found that log in permission for my candy crush soda game did get removed, as I intended. I still cannot get an internet connection through my King account. I cannot even change my password through the game app without an internet connection. I'll try something else. Good luck, fellow players.

You do have to consider there are many players that do not know about this type of comment page at all and I bet some people just choose not to play and never think about it again. There really is a problem with the game and connectivity. I did try all the suggestions you made. Nothing works.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
