I am connected to the internet, but my games say no connection

Like Andy, I am playing on Windows 10 with the latest updates installed. I have lost my full Piggy Bank, Soda Squad, Race, and Mr Toffee for the past 3 or 4 days. It is as if my game doesn't know I am connected to the Internet. However, I CAN play King of the Hill. I can (but did not) buy additional gold bars.
I have disconnected and reconnected to the internet numerous times, both when the game is loaded and when it is not loaded.
I just received a message that my Team has made a line or column. But I cannot collect my reward.

I'm having the exact same issue and it's been going on for the past two days. I noticed that the last game update was the same day that the problems started, and it's definitely ruining the game. I'm to the point I'm ready to stop playing. I've completely restarted my system, everything, but nothing helps. Does anyone have a solution??1
