First picture is at the beginning of the first try; then i made a few moves (second picture); then i quit the level and restarted the level. As you can see in the third picture the order of the candies is exactly the same. I have to close the game completely to get a new order.

I also found the problem, the candy layout remains the same if you try the same level over and over again.
I'll report the problem to my team, you might have to wait a bit.

I have the same problem. Both on iOS and browser. It's the exact same starting board - all gems in the same place as last time - when I restart a level.

I've noticed this occuring a lot lately as well! Very frustrating. Glad they are looking into it. ๐

I really hope that someone is working on it because I'm ready to give up on it. I also spend money on this game, so here is more money they are losing!!!
