Hi guys. There are more complaints about not receiving the hammers and free life in the main thread Update BubbleGum Hill. I’ve had it myself too 😕. Maybe this has something to do with the tests....

After winning the event, you do not get a reward, there is no such test.😁

Yes, you do... I meant when you conquer the throne in BGH, you get the notification collect your rewards. Then this notification popped up: no internet connection. So I log out and into the game, I am on the throne, don’t get the 6 hammers and no 1 hour free life. After I am dethroned I do receive the gold bars. In the thread: update on the BubbleGum Hill @Lola_Pop said there were tests running this weekend. And I think only this weekend I have this problem, like others have:
- Notification, no internet (but I am for sure on internet with a super stable wifi)
- Not receiving 6 hammers
- Not receiving 1hour free life

I won several rounds of bubble gum hillandwhen I reinstalled the app all of my hammer boosters disappeared. I would like them all back please

When I completed Level 5 on Bubblegum Hill I got a message that I wasnt connected to the internet and didnt get my rewards. Same thing happened to my wife yesterday.

We've received some reports this week about the Bubblegum troll not giving out the rewards for earning his crown and sitting on his throne!! As we know how frustrating this can be, we've decided to investigate about the issue right away.
We'll let you know as soon as we have more news!!
