Help I've gone back to level 1 and keep getting connection error I've tried everything and can't get my levels back

The problem has already been reported and work is under way to fix it.

By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.

When this issue is resolved you can contact our Player Support if you can get some booster back.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

I've reinstalled loads of times and still back to level 1 its getting very frustrating

My IPad just started me back at Level 1. I restarted it and nothing. On my phone I can still play at my current level of 565. Very frustrated.

I’m on level 1900 and something and have lost all my progress and back to level 1

im not on a different device , I’ve been using my iPhone all along , but what I did today was clear all my off Facebook activity history then this happened

so is there anything I can do , otherwise I’m not starting again,,, very frustrated here
