I also get the message cannot connect to internet. I have tried all solutions suggested including restart of my phone & deleting & downloading game again (which caused me to lose an almost 300 day streak-bummed!) AND it still did not fix it! It’s not as much fun to play without all the boosters!! My other King games Are working just fine. Please help!
Just checked in to see if any solution to internet connection problems have been posted. I sent an email to King and received an email telling me to check here. Oh well. If anyone finds an answer, please post. Thanks!

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
