Bubblegum Hill prizes not being received- Under investigation!
I am able to progress through levels but it will not save any items that I win. For example, twice now I have completed bubble gum hill but it does not award me the lollipop hammers or the time for unlimited lives. I used 9 gold bars as well in order to complete the levels and it did not register . I am missing 12 lollipop hammers and 9 gold bars .

We've got some news from the Game Studio: they are still investigating and searching for a fix. Please bear in mind that the majority of the rewards do arrive, and there are many given every time you climbers arrive at the top of the hill- but it's true some don't and that's what the Studio wants to solve as soon as possible.
As you may have noticed, the Bubblegum Hill is not available today. We hope the fix is there when King Chewy comes back. 😊
If you then don't get the rewards again, please contact our Player Support team from your in-game contact form so they can compensate the rewards.

Please have some patience. It could be a time delay. If you don't get one, please go to the game on the gear - question mark = help center. Look after booster not received. If you don't find anything, write an email from there: Subtopic prices not received and send it off. You will then receive an automatic email and write everything again. It's best if you include your ID number. Good luck
