I have the same problem. And nothing I have tried has fixed it. Also missing at least 18 hammers.

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.

Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

Three times I completed BGH since yesterday but I did not receive any rewards esp the Lollipops. Any chance I can still avail the rewards?

I followed all per your advise but no joy of getting back my rewards?

I doubt it’s my internet speed but perhaps the link to the servers are congested?
