Bubblegum Hill prizes not being received- Under investigation!

Hi

i have won bubblegum hill 3 times today and I have not received either the hours unlimited lives or the hammers.

ive force closed and turned my device on and off and the missing 3 hours play and 18 hammers are not there.

please can you help and I can give you the email address I play on?

thanks for your message, I have just logged out and turned off my device, turned it back on and logged back in and still no rewards - and my app is up to date.

please can someone kindly add these rewards, I have a screenshot showing I took the throne, and this has happened three times today so I am missing 18 hammers and 3 hours of unlimited lives.
