I have won twice now without receiving any of the rewards that come with it. It’s ridiculous considering I spend money on this game!!

    That is bad... there is several feedback on this ...

    u try restart ur device and update to latest version and see ...

    This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.

    Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.

    Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

    I have won bubblegum hill 4 times in the last week and have not received gold bars or lollypops. I tried the update, log off and power down and still nothing. I am going to stop spending money and possibly stop play if this continues and I am not rewarded lost bars and lollypops
