This not giving rewards (lollipops and 1hour free life) is still going on. It’s not only in the weekends. I have BGH every day and since a couple of weeks ago this problem started, together with the notification no internet, and I have had never a solution or got the rewards back. If I am not mistaken all this no internet problem (also with the other features MTF and Episode Race) and not receiving rewards started when we got the first week of 24/7 lives. At least for me and I know I have a really steady internet connection, and like I said this is only with the features, the game itself has no internet problem. I really hope the studio can figure this out because I notice that I get less fun playing Soda. Btw I also play Saga and have had no problems with internet connection errors during the 24/7 lives week, or not receiving rewards. So this is no complaining but I'd like you to be fully informed 😁.

It is the 2nd time in these days I win contest for gum troll throne but no lollipop is credited. Reason is WiFi is not working, but it is working indeed!
I remain awaiting 12 lollipops to be credited. I know it is a silly question but anywhere when you win accordingly to the rules, you get the reward. Thanks.
