Issues with connection

I am also having connection issues ( I have full wifi and internet) and haven't been able to get not even 1 lollipop since the new update😔 also a few other things have been strange. Wondering if you are working on a new update hopefully. I really like my King games especially soda crush!

Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

@mamasmurf77 do check ur internet connection ... is it fast enough... restart ur device and update to latest version... usually update for new lvls is every 2 weeks ...

My internet is fine i just got a new modem the problem lies with your game. Please check your game? It's only the race that usually kicks. And I still cannot get a lollipop no matter how much I play. I also spend a considerable amount of money on the games as well, I should be able to get someone to fix the bug issues 🙃
