I love Candy Crush Soda Saga but for the last two days the game freezes when playing in Facebook Gameroom and also on Facebook. Anyone else having problems with the game?
The Game Studio have been working very hard and the problem should be fixed now. 🤗
If you still have problems, please check if you can play on another browser. It's useful to open the game in a new incognito-tab and see if it works then.
Please remember that Candy Crush Soda Saga is available in the Microsoft Store and can be played on a Windows 10 computer.

The Studio team is investigating this error on Facebook at the moment.
If this is not a possibility for you, please check if the problem appears in more than one browser. You can try out Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox...
Can y'all please make sure that you clear the cache once more? Here is a useful video that will show you how to optimize your PC performance.
In case clearing the cache doesn't work, please write back and give us your player ID (you can find it here) and the level you're currently playing on/ the name of the episode (what you prefer).
If you're playing on Facebook Gameroom, please try to play through the normal browser (not Safari, if possible) . Facebook Gameroom is a Windows-native app and consequently I'm afraid to say that you need to contact Facebook directly for further support. 😊

Sorry yours is still messed up. This is totally on their end. I get sick of deleting cache, etc! I hope yours comes back up soon. So frustrating, I know!
Lucky. Still not working for me. About to just delete and block the app now after nearly 2 weeks
The problem seems to have stopped. (I hope I didn't just jinx myself). I also tried everything suggested. I wish the IT people of this game would admit it is on their end instead of giving "Stock" answers, such as refresh browser or clear cache.
Sukanta_Biswas, telling me to go to another post doesn't help me. Nothing is being done for people like me. Why does the game not load on my account but will now load just fine for 4 other people? We have all tried the same devices and it is just my account, but looking at the forum, it is more then just me. Quoting the same article over and over again does nothing to help me or anyone else
Are you ever going to fix the problem? I can't give you my level where i was because I can't get into the game, it has been over a week with error downloading message. But everyone else who uses the same computer can play just fine, it is only with my log in that the error happens. Why is nobody fixing this problem?
fat lot of good new levels are when you routinely receive this error.... and please do not my intelligence and tell me to reset my game .... i have had enough of this nonsense ...and will find other simple distractions to amuse me

I have cleared browswer history and cache 3 times now I can play for that time but I can't buy any power ups. says I have no internet connection. When I leave the game and come back the same thng happens all over again, I have to clear browswer and cache and even cookies so I can get in the game again. And I can't buy any power up packages. If this keeps up I'm going to leave the game I come here to play the game and relax.
also what happened to the bonus u would get if u finished the level in the 1st try that's gone now to. It being bought back?
