Hey to all having the bubblegum hill issue!
it has happened to me 3 times today and twice last week, like most I spend a lot of money on this game and other king games too and would really like my rewards please.

Didn't get lollipop hammers twice after completing all levels, please give 12 lollipop hammers, completed it twice

No updates, logged out, restarted the device and the logged in but still did'nt recieved the prize.

It now says that I didn’t play and pass after I restarted and updated the game as you said

It just keeps saying ‘no internet connection’ and won’t give prizes due. This can also happen on Mr Toffees Fair, sometimes on the leader race - certainly not my internet that is dodgy. Version is up to date.

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
