Thanks for reply. I should have mentioned that I did read & follow this information before I messaged. My web browser is up to date (I prefer to use Safari).Cache is cleared. Flash Player is up to date & flash cache is clear. No extra tabs are open.

I have been unable to play Candy Crush Soda Saga on Facebook. The game freezes & doesn't allow me to click into next level. Attached picture is where I'm frozen & I can't swipe or move. I have read the various suggestions but none have cleared my problem. My Safari browser is up to date & cache is clear, Flash Player is up to date & flash cache is clear.I have tried to load with & without flash on.I have enough memory for game & no extra tabs are open.Also doesn't work in private browser. I have also notified Facebook. King user ID 1026695140, FB user ID 625082796. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I've restarted computer and changed browsers

As I initially mentioned, I have followed all the steps in the page you attached. The same freezing happens on Safari & Google Chrome.

Still no solution - I have checked everything suggested and am still without "mouse clicks once I leave the first screen. Game status is active - Browser score is 528. Also when this started i noticed my game was loading on the first level although it does show my level and gold etc correctly when I use the portal to move to my level. After that move the mouse will not work on the game board but the links to community and other games do work. Any other suggestions.

I have been having the same issue and have tried all their suggested fixes and have still been unable to play for months. After the steps they sent to you don't work you will never hear from them again. Good luck and resolve to the fact that your days of playing soda crush are over.
