That's quite strange. If the troubleshooting steps our Superstar @Sukanta_Biswas suggest don't work, can you please test this:
- Can you play the game from an incognito tab?
- Can you open it if you search for it- not using any bookmark?

How do I open an incognito tab? The game is still frozen for me.

Update the application to make sure that you are connected to a strong internet network, delete the game's temporary storage memory, log out of the game and then log in
