The game cady crush saga .Supersonic lolly not loading all the way.It is just half the Supersonic lolly!!

It's been almost a week since I've been able to play . I have 6.2 GB space, cleared cache, updated the game, uninstalled and reinstalled at least 5 times, written in to support, all to no avail ..what is happening? No error messages..it just goes blank to the home screen.. very fristrating

Check app update> game logout> restart device> open game and log in.
