Once they are a little bit free, I will inquire about the issue in your game ποΈ
And, please do not worry about taking screenshots. It will be OK! Since you have given your game ID number to our friend @Sukanta_Biswas, the Community Managers can find out what's going on.
Once they enter that number into their system, they can find out how many levels/episodes you have won, etc.,

I've had a look at your account and I cannot see any discrepancy; it looks like you are receiving the rewards correctly. Nevertheless, we've sent some Gold Bars your way to compensate for the waiting time.
If you feel you're still no receiving some rewards in your Soda game, please send us a screenshot the next time you earn a reward and we can check again. π

In the end the player still get compensated for the long waiting time...

In candy crush friends, I just played a gold rush over the last 3 days or so that said receive "3 gold bars for passing 3 levels, 10 bars for 10 levels and 15 for 15."
I passed about 30 levels on the first day. Now I got a pop-up from Tiffy saying I didn't win anything. What gives?
I should have 15+ bars

Each level gives an alloy of gold, and if you add it to three it becomes three, I don't think there is a mistake
