I already have a King account and have used it successfully in the past. This is a King problem, not individual users problems. Looking at all the discussion boards, this has been a long-standing issue in Candy Crush and is now appearing to be a problem with Soda Crush. Either fix the problem or you’ll lose users.

In some cases, you may encounter such problems due to the game app being corrupted and such problems can be solved by reinstalling the game app. To do this you will lose the stored boosters as the boosters are stored locally on the device.

My problem is it keeps telling me I have no connection to internet, the wheel just keeps spinning. I can’t log in with my King account as it states I have no Internet connection. It is not the internet that is the problem, I have excellent internet connections and have connected on multiple internet providers in the past. It is not a syncing problem. I just now deleted the app again ( at your suggestions) and lost all my progress: I was in the 3300 levels. Couldn’t save my progress before deleting again because could not get into my account. I’m finished with Candy Crush.

My game has been on my cell phone for a while and I never had any problems, this last week is terrible.

I read through the others with this problem, and tried the "fixes" suggested. I checked FB to see if it was blocked somehow, checked Google, my firewall everything I could think of but still CCSS would not connect. I logged in on Bubble Witch 3 and logged in there, then CCSS worked. Don't ask me, but it worked. Hope this helps others.
