I'm trying to make a purchase on CCSS, and all I get is this message .... or more of a blank screen
Yes, I am connected to the internet, and yes the game is working! Help please anyone
i think there must be some problem with the network connection
try signing in on ur cell phone or any other device
maybe that helps!

Your game may not be fully connected to the server, or slow internet may be the cause of this problem.
Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

Thank you for replying. I switched off my PC and re started the game ..... the same thing happened again.
I checked the internet and that is working. The version is 1.169.300.0
It is strange because I have made lots of purchases previously, with no problems. Everything else about is working just fine with no problems, just can't make a purchase!
When I click to buy, a pop-up box appears showing the windows/microsoft badge but the picture dissapear's after 2 seconds leaving a white blank box.
Very strange, is something blocking me from making a purchase?
Any more ideas?
The problem is with your device because I can see that your game app still has an older version.
Current app version is 1.1771.3.0
Yet I want to confirm once again, are you using Windows 10 PC?
Yes I am using a windows 10 PC. The CCSS was pre-installed and usually seems to automatically up date, I don't know why it hasn't up dated now. Can you tell me how to up date on a windows 10 PC please.

I'm on level 2994 and used all my boosters up and still can't buy any more!! Surely it can't be hard to fix!
Go to Microsoft Store - Click option/ Three dots
You can cancel other app updates.

Nope the up date didn't work, still I can't make a purchase. The blue Microsoft box opens up and then turns blue after a few seconds not allowing me to do anything!!
I guess you don't have any more suggestions then.
Something somewhere is not right.
Since you do not have any stored booster, I suggest you to reinstall the game app.
