Why don't I get ads so I can get gifts?

@nimonimo Video ads is a test feature so not everybody get it. This just means your not part of that group at present but could be in the future. Not all features are available to everybody
To make sure you are always getting your available features. keep game up to date and log out and restart your device and log back in

Ad video is in the Test Group. Not all events/ offers are for everyone. Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the event, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This event has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this same time.
If you not received Ad video that mean you are now not under the testing group.Don't be discouraged because you can be under this test at any moment.

Some features such as ads that give you additional opportunities and get reinforcements are features that some players, not everyone, get at the same time. You can come in days and some days do not have a fixed time to come. Update your game to get the latest additions.
