How do I get the daily bonus?

I have received it one time since playing, and I haven't received it since. I log out and in each day and still haven't received it. Is there anything I can do to make it come back or do I need to be on a certain level? Thanks.

    Hello again dear @elebug

    Thank you for replying back with the needed details.

    The reason you are not receiving any "Daily Bonus" is -- you are playing on King.Com website.

    The Daily Bonus is available only on mobile devices and on Windows 10 platforms.


    1) Will it be possible for you to download the game on to a "smart phone" (it doesn't have to be a fancy device)!

    2) If that is not a possibility, check if your Chromebook has "Windows 10" installed in it. If so, you can download the game through "Microsoft Store" and play the game.

    ** For both these purposes, you do not need Facebook. Just install the game and log in with your Kingdom account details.


    Hope this made sense and I have not confused you! Please let me know if you need any further details OR assistance.

    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I am playing Candy Crush Soda, and I play it on King.com. I play the game on a Chromebook. Thanks.

    @Trish24 Thank you for your note. It is hard playing some of the hard levels without the daily boosters.😫

    @elebug You’re welcome! And yes that is true! Sometimes we need the boosters to help pass levels but then other times we pass the hard levels with miracles using no boosters 😅

    Daily bonus is not available when playing the game in the community, you must download the game on the phone or on the computer in order to get the daily bonus
