I sign up soda couple of years ago using a yahoo email, and recently switch phone and installed it on my new phone,
Unfortunately I forgot my password, and when I requested password reset email, I did not received it most likely due to yahoo inactivate my yahoo(.com) account and migrate it to a local domain email name, which resulted in me not receiving any email.
Is it possible to switch my old account (.com) email to a new one with the local domain name?
I've create a new account using the same email but with local domain name and asked for help there, but only got a generic, auto reply

Actually i did create a new account based on your reply to a somewhat similar post from another member, and of course it started from the first level.
I create that new account for the sole purpose of asking for help from the support center, but the answer was not even related to my question.
So, are you saying that I cannot recover my old account and migrate it to a new one?
You can't use the same email on two different Kingdom accounts so I'm wondering how you can create another account with the same email. Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
But i did, my original account ends with yahoo.com and my new one use yahoo.co.id, and it works fine, though of course it's starting from the first level.
I did not aware of this before but actually i did contacted the help center before i post the question here, and it was an auto reply, i mean the answers was not even related to the question i was asking.
Should i email the help center again?
