hi there,

I have had similar problems like others and on different devices, the game claims I am not on the Internet. I have reistalled game, updated game, cleared cache. And twice I have completed the 5 level run and it has not given me any bonuses. I have always been connected to WiFi and other apps work fine. This has been going on for a few weeks now.

Check app update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after turning on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. Just play a level and it could be there. It is sometimes a time delay.
