Summer vacation not giving out rewards

Why is summer vacation not working? It shows I've completed the tasks bit won't give me credit for it. When I exit out it screws up my game completely. I can't do anything at all. I'm not sure if I should do a forced stop or uninstall it and reinstall it. I'm afraid of losing all my progress.

When I click the green check mark ✔ it continues to read 0/30. I am on Kindle and I have tried signing in with email and Facebook. I have a second Kindle where I did not create an account and Bubblegum Bridge works normally. My points are tallied up and I receive my rewards. What do I do?

@Shy_Diamond Hi and welcome. can you check both your device and game are on the latest versions. Then log out and restart your device, log back in. See if this sorts your problem still or it still persists

Please log out from all games and acc, restart your device and log back in.
It is not advisable to uninstall your game as you will lose all your boosters but not progress.
If the your game still freeze not loading properly, please refer the link below for mobile and PC.

Can you please confirm you are not receiving the rewards in the Soda Summer Vacation event? Or do you receive the rewards, but the points are not added to the progress bar? @CandiceDenise @Shy_Diamond , can you send me a screenshot so we can see the issue in your games?

I tried to Lola-Pop but now It has said since yesterday evening there is a “Connection error” and “no internet connection” while my internet is working just fine.
