If saving your game on Facebook is causing problems, we strongly recommend saving your game with a King account . Log out of the game on Facebook and click on the orange logo of the King account. Create an account with your email address, add a password, and choose an image and name for your avatar.
If you want to continue playing, save your game on Facebook:
- Make sure you have an internet connection so that you can read your messages and get help from your friends.
- If possible, use WiFi to ensure a strong, uninterrupted connection.
- If this doesn't seem to fix the problem, next disconnect your game from Facebook using the option in the game's Settings menu. Then close the game, turn off your device for 10 seconds, and restart the device. Open the game again and log in to Facebook to see if that solves the problem.
When you open the notification you receive on Facebook, you are canceling the life your game achieves by marking it as read / done (the game cannot read it).
Disabling game notifications in your Facebook profile seems to improve the experience. To disable notifications from appearing on your Facebook profile, but still being collected by the game, follow these steps:
- On the desktop Facebook, click the down arrow in Facebook, and then click Settings. Then select “Notifications” from the menu on the left.
- Click on “Facebook” to display the next menu.
- Click Edit next to the app requirements and activity
- Scroll to the game you are playing and click to turn notifications on or off.
Alternatively, you cannot open the message if you receive a notification on Facebook that a friend has given you a life. Instead, leave Facebook, open the game and the message should now be ready and waiting for you there. When the message is opened on Facebook, the notification appears to be "read" and is then not sent to the game.
Hope it helps!
Happy Crushing!😊😊

Hello @kimwin13 Hearty Welcome to our wonderful King Community 🤗
If none of your friends are showing up and your profile picture is gone, first make sure that you are connected to "your own Facebook account". If you go to the "Profile" (through the Cog wheel icon), your name will be listed if you are logged in. If not, you will see either "player" or some other name. So, start from there
Since you are saying you have lost the level progress along with the friends, etc., I am assuming that you are not signed in, Once again, you can find about this also through your "profile" page in your game.
One question -- in which game you are having this issue? Are you seeing "spinning circles" -- where your friends are supposed to be?
Can you please check those and let me know? You can post back your reply by typing in the comment box given below.
Talk to you soon! Have a great rest of the day 🍬 🍬
