I previously provided three screen shots! Heard nothing back. Had to start a new issue request. I will do it again and attach them again. And all of Freddys steps do no good. As I said in the beginning, if I have to resort to that last step and uninstall and lose everything......again.....I will be uninstalling it for GOOD! This is more than frustrating. This same error message in the first pic now comes up in CCJelly, too. That second screen shot says “no internet”, but that’s BS! OBVIOUSLY I’m online in this chat room and can surf the net fine.
Hi I had the same issue on my iPad
and I just went into settings mobile data scrolled down to candy crush and turned mobile data on and Opened the game my profile edit followed the directions closed it off opened the game and it is working
